September 6, 2025Things are not like they used to be, rent keeps going up but place going downhill! Roaches, car break ins along with a tow company coming in all hours checking vehicles w flashlights and towing them and rather then the office doing things to help better the community only the rules are being reminded or enforced by $100 threat. I will no longer recommend!! Please do your research and read the reviews as they are true!!!Property Manager Responded

January 5, 2025Front desk is very helpful and quick to respond. Grounds are nicely kept and dog park always seems to be clean. Walls to neighbors are a little thin and laundry room is dirty.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2024The management at Mallard’s Landing are quick to respond with all of our requests. I enjoy living in a community that is well taken care of and Carlos does a phenomenal job of that. October 23, 2024My experience has been pretty good. The good most definitely outweighs the bad and the office staff& maintenance are great!
