I stayed for a month, and even though they charged me an exorbitant amount for water and sewage, they fine you for everything, even breathing. I don't recommend them.Property Manager Responded

Roaches, car break ins along with a tow company coming in all hours checking vehicles w flashlights and towing them and rather then the office doing things to help better the community only the rules are being reminded or enforced by $100 threat.
