March 3, 2026These apartments are infested with cockroaches; they crawl all over you while you sleep. I stayed for a month, and even though they charged me an exorbitant amount for water and sewage, they fine you for everything, even breathing. I don't recommend them.Property Manager Responded

September 6, 2025Things are not like they used to be, rent keeps going up but place going downhill! Roaches, car break ins along with a tow company coming in all hours checking vehicles w flashlights and towing them and rather then the office doing things to help better the community only the rules are being reminded or enforced by $100 threat. I will no longer recommend!! Please do your research and read the reviews as they are true!!!Property Manager Responded
