At almost 80, and with a bad hip and knee , climbing a ladder is dangerous for me., and not something I can do.Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2025Excellent, but… I love living at Mallory Ridge. The Staff and maintenance personnel are fantastic. The ground are well kept, but the emptying of the trash and recycling bins definitely could use attention. July 20, 2025Thank you HVAC and Maintenance Teams Our air conditioner kind of quit on is during some of the hottest days this year so far but the teams came through. Once they figured the problem out, then they brought us portable air conditioners to get us through while the problem was being fixed. I appreciate maintenance sticking with it until the problem was fixed and checking in to make sure it was working.Property Manager Responded
