Malmaison Villas is a garden level community with 40 one-bedroom and efficiency self contained apartments. Select apartments are equipped with mobility impaired features. We are close to shopping, restaurants, physicians, banks and more. Each resident apartment includes a combination living/dining area, full kitchen with stove, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, and ample counter and cabinet space. Units have blinds and have carpet or vinyl flooring. Community Features: 40 one bedroom and efficiency self contained apartments, Community seating areas, Community room with large TV, Coin-op laundry, Landscaped grounds with gazebo, Resident activities, Designated smoking areas, Pet friendly with pet area Additional Features: Each resident apartment offers individual heating and air conditioning units. Apartment is pre-wired for cable TV. Rent Information: Rent is determined by the household's income and up to 30% of the adjusted income. Electric, water, sewer, and trash removal costs are included in the rent. Single: Must be either 62 years of age or 18 years of age with a mobility impairment requiring special design features in the unit. Two Person: Head of household must be 62 years of age or 18 years where the head of household is mobility impaired. Income Limits are subject to change by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
