        I did not enjoy living at Manassas Yards, management was unhelpful most of the time. Community was unkept and was dirty most of the time with trash. It is not a sanitary place to walk a dog in either.

        Manassas Yards has been my first apartment and I have enjoyed it thoroughly.         Overall, I very much enjoy living here. They maintain the property well and respond quickly to problems. sometimes the lease renewal is a bit of a pain. But I guess it would be that anywhere. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

        So far me and my boyfriend have loved our apartment. The move in process was very quick and thorough. Emma our leasing agent helped us through the whole process and made us feel confident in the positive direction of the community. Our maintenance needs were met promptly and sufficiently. The resident app is very easy to navigate. We have very little complaints about our stay here so far!
