Rosa is the property manager. This is a large complex which she is able to keep things in order and safe. I've lived here over 3 years, improvements occur constantly. Upgrades are done on a regular basis. There are beautiful holiday decorations in place I was amazed how quickly the snow was removed from sidewalks and parking lot. Reasonable requests are handled immediately ! Natalia is great too. Rosa is kind but insists rules are followed.

Living here has been a nightmare. Since moving in my roommate and I have struggled with cockroaches, leaks from the ceiling, and now we can’t have packages delivered here because they are continuously stolen. This apartment is basically a slum and when we ask for help from management they either ignore our complaints or tell us to fix the problem ourselves. Save your money and move somewhere else.
