The management and maintenance teams are kind and helpful but my unit had roaches and I submitted pest control work orders nearly every 2 months. Maybe they need a new pest control company, they need to take time treating units and buildings before moving new people in, or creating a routine pest control system where all units and builds are sprayed regularly not simply by request but they need to do something significant.
