I've been here a couple months and so far its been great. The monthly events are so fun. I love that I'm so close to downtown Franklin.

I love living here. The amenities are top notch. The facility and grounds are very well kept. The neighbors are friendly. You would be hard pressed to find a better apartment complex in the area.

From the apartments, to the location, to the staff, everything has been great! Love living here! My apartment is the perfect space and I love all the amenities I’m able to enjoy! My husband and I have had such a great experience at Mandolin! The apartments have brand new appliances, are spacious, and have a beautiful patio. The amenities are so nice and include a workout facility, lounge area, pool, and free coffee. It’s like a mini vacation! Everyone is so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Mandolin!

The property is super well maintained, the office staff is great, and I love my unit. It was super clean upon move in, to the point I couldn’t even tell someone lived in it before me. Everyone is really nice and it’s really peaceful. Even my dog loves it here :) Thanks Mandolin!

I have lived here for over a year and I am glad that I found this place when I did. The office staff is amazing and personable. When I had a family emergency not only did the check up on me but they also did all that they could to assist me. Maintenance is quick! It’s a nice, family oriented, and quiet neighborhood!
