About Mane Gate Apartments

The Mane Gate Apartments are located on Heinz Road, South of Hwy 6 East, in the Saddlebrook Community. This location offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units! This locations also offers a few updated units that have plank flooring and stainless steel appliances! Tenants will have access to all the amenities that Saddlebrook has to offer such as walking trails, pond, and a community clubhouse that has a fitness center, pool table, computers and printers, and a large room to reserve for gatherings! We also offer other apartment complexes available in this community for rent as well! Our office staff is always happy to assist current and prospective tenants with questions in regards to leases, amenities or any other question or concerns that may arise. We also have a maintenance staff that provides 24-hour service to emergency issues as well as service during regular business hours. Tenants get FREE ImOn high speed fiber internet service included in the monthly rent at this location as well as our other apartment complexes in Saddlebrook!

I’ve enjoyed my time at Main Gate. It’s pretty quiet and great for families. I love it because I am a graduate student and would refer not to be in close quarters with undergraduate students who are attending U of I. My only issue is maintence. They tend to come in a timely manner, but usually knock literally twice then barge in. If I don’t yell immediately, their in. Other than that, i love it. I was unable to have a physically tour of the place before moving in because I live out of state, but ...

Mane Gate Apartments are perfect for quieter, UI students, or anyone moving to Iowa City, but also looking to get away from the undergraduate college party scene. Upon move in, everything was clean and working great, and management was quick to answer any questions I had about the apartment. Parking is no problem it is bike friendly, and it is a 20 minute bus ride into downtown, or a 12 minute drive. There is a grocery store about two minutes away, and anything else within 10 minutes. of the city, but it is also extremely quiet (quitter than anywhere I have ever lived), and still close to anything you may need. Great location, great apartment, quiet, extremely happy I moved here!
