July 29, 2022Applied. (No app fee) Real generic application. Within a hour was contacted with a question about credit. Was discussed. And agreed. Was sent an email stating deposit amounts, move in date and new address. I sent first deposit as earnest money for holding apartment for move in date on the 1st. Then 2 days later she emailed me saying I don’t meet the requirements and declined to say why after I asked for an explanation and asking to return money order.
