Great Apartment and Excellent Staff
April 9, 2023I had a very good experience with Manley Court. Maintenance repairs were very timely, and Chris was great. Sheila and Jennifer were very easy to work with in regards to administrative matters and always responded quickly. The apartment was very spacious and clean when I moved in.Property Manager Responded

Stinky townhome courtyards
March 17, 2023Management renewed the lease of the townhome tenant who stinks up the entire complex with a mixed smell of headshop incense and pot. The row of townhomes and entire courtyard are affected.Review from Apartments.com
Creepy cameras
October 17, 2022Management allows some tenants to monitor the common space with their “security” cameras (townhomes are all affected). They also encourage tenants to tell on one another. Walls are so thin that marijuana smell comes into neighboring apartments.Property Manager Responded

May 18, 2022Manley Court provided us everything we could ask for as a young family over the past 11 years: beautiful accommodations, terrific location (8-minute walk to NJ Transit Midtown Direct Train, 45 min to midtown NYC) with prime access to Summit's lively downtown, quiet community with friendly people, and terrific staff.
