The Manor of Victoria Park is a very good place to be. The Office Staff are Professional and Kind. Maintenance Staff works very hard to keep this building running as it should. During the ice Storm we didn’t loose no power everything worked as it should. I was very impressed and felt safe.

This community does have a number of amenities, and also we host a number of wonderful activities regularly for the seniors, primarily via the tenant association, and sometimes via the rental office. However, security cameras are desperately needed on each floor throughout the entire building, for the safety and security of all tenants. The tenants currently volunteer as security and floor captains, but their duties as an unlicensed officer are limited! They do their very best to try keeping ...
the tenants safe by assuring all of the doors remain locked, and etc. Regretfully, we do not have a shuttle bus like other senior communities that take their seniors out to shop, and/or to attend group affairs such as a buffet lunch, or for a small group meal on specific days of the week, unlike other senior communities. That would be a contributing asset to this community, having a shuttle bus available to the seniors. Considering, everyone doesn’t drive, and have limited family members that can assist them with transportation to shop for food or necessities and etc.
