July 16, 2025I love living at the Manor, I just want them to be more aware of the Laws of the Fair Housing Act passed by Congress when it comes to some Senior’s not being able to pay their rent on the first of the month until their funds are available through SSA, and not be charged late fee’s because they do not receive their funds until later on in the month because this is how Congress set it up for them to receive their funds from SSA, so therefore their rent can’t be paid by the 6th of the month because ...the fixed income from SSA doesn’t arrive until after the date the Manor expects it to be paid. Except for expecting them to be paid on the first of the month when there is no funds available until later on in the month for some residence’s when they are received according to their birthdays. And for those Senior’s who get their SSA funds later on in the month not be charged late fee’s because they can’t pay their rent until they receive their funds from SSA. Also would like this information to be indicated on our lease’s under reasonable accommodations.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Unfortunately, like any place one lives in a communial environment, there will be some tenants due to a lack of home training or/and respect for self and others; at times minor issues come However, the leasing office; maintenance and the ...tenant's association do their best to resolve any issues.
