August 5, 2018Parking There is a first floor and then a gate to get into upper levels in the parking garage. Recently the first floor was changed to Guests only. Meaning tenants that pay monthly rent cannot park here even with a paid decal. Great for guests that don’t pay rent. This was to stop people from speeding into the parking garage to park beyond the gate that do not live here. This did not stop people from waiting on the first floor to speed into parking garage to get past the gate. This is a huge ...issue, it creates not only danger from outside people getting into the parking garage to access building but having cars speed in a small area is very dangerous. Not to mention every time you come home there is a car waiting blocking garage waiting for someone to come out or in. Cars are booted, but ONLY on the first floor guest parking that do not register their cars. Once cars are past the gate nothing happens to them. You have to ask yourself why they do not boot or tow trespassing cars beyond the gate. Each tenant pays $25/month for their decal for each car. But outsiders can easily park beyond the gate for free. Not to mention there are 2 cars on first floor guests area that have been sitting there with boots for almost 3 months. This simply does not add up. Security There is no security here, 2 of the 4 doors to access the units from pool area are fobbed. Only two of the 4, people can easily access these two doors on one side and go into hallways once they gain access to building. The side doors around the buildings are not fobbed at all, tenants block doors with rocks and people come in and out all the time. The building is not secure, no matter what they tell you during showings. Look and see for yourself. Walls I have lived in other many other apartment buildings in Florida and other states. But these walls are the thinnest I have ever seen. You will hear all your neighbors and people in the hallway. If your in the bathroom you can hear your neighbors phone calls. They went very cheap with their sheet rock. Maintenance The maintenance is great, they are trust worthy and come fix everything as soon as possible. Office: Everyone in office is great, they address most of your concerns and are there to help. Gym: There are always outsiders in this gym that not live here. Kids and infants are in the gym all hours of the day. People with no shirts are working out all the time sweating all over the seats. Ringworm is most likely everywhere.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it
July 19, 2018Pros -Parking: Ample resident garage spaces- building never beyond 70% occupancy. Guests can find parking on street or Publix lot. -Lighting: Resident hallways are well-lit Cons -Safety: No security or concierge. Garage doors to resident hallways are unlocked. There have been reports of thefts and suspicious activity. -Customer service: It's time-consuming to resolve issues outside of routine maintenance because Manor office staff does not return calls or answer emails. They ...require you to figure out a way to come to the office during your work day or chase them down in between apartment showings on a Saturday. -Pests: Occasional bug issues are unavoidable in Florida. However, there is a chronic infestation of large black flies in the resident hallways. You have to cautiously open your front door to avoid letting the flies into your apartment.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2017If your looking for an apartment to call home this would be it. The property is beautiful and always well maintained. The pool feels like your at a resort and the gym is probably better than your average gym. The Property Manager Shirley is always on top of making sure the property looks the way it does. Blanca and Justin are great too. They both are very courteous and always willing to help. The maintenance is top notch with their respond time to request. Clean,Modern, and Quiet
January 25, 2017I've been a resident at this property for 2 years now. I had to write a review to recognize the hard work the staff puts in to keep the property clean. We have hundreds on residents, which doesn't make it easy to keep the property clean, but they do their level best. Every morning while getting ready I see the staff always rearranging pool furniture, picking up trash, and wiping furniture down. The hallways are always clean and smell refreshing. There are some residents that dirty the place in ...the garage and around the trash compactor but this is the residents fault for making it so messy, the next day the staff will be sure to help clean it up.
