Not worth it!!
July 16, 2024This place seems nice until you live here! The neighbors aren’t bad but the bugs and black mold is insane! I had black mold 2 months after I moved in and also red centipedes in my home along with black and clear spiders! They charge so many fees and one of them are pest control! There is no pest control here! I had to go purchase home defense spray just to keep my home safe!! Just run away it ain’t worth the money! They need to renovate these apartments and charge less without fees!! Don’t waste ...your money they are too expensive without the proper care in your apartment!Property Manager Responded

Prices are outrageous
June 8, 2023Prices per month are outrageous. The heat and air don't work well. In the winter it was hard to keep my baby's nursery temperature up to even 68°. None of the utilities are included so all this extra energy you are using to make up for their poor insulation will come out of your pocket big time. I had maintenance come look at the nursery saying their must be something wrong with the vents. However no they said it was the windows were old but they wouldn't get to it until next spring. So basically ...I was S.O.L. Awful experience. Will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague. If you are going to make people pay 3 times what a mortgage on a house is then you really shouldn't be renting our places that have such big flaws.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Community with an amazing staff
February 5, 2020This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. These are great apartments in a great area and everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort. The leasing office staff and maintenance team is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants and schools. Unhygienic place to live at

August 14, 2015This is the perfect apartment you'll call home. Luxury apartments but not at the luxury price,its a safe, clean environment and all visitors have to check in at the gate house, the clubhouse has a fitness room, a pool, and tennis courts and room for 30 guests for inside parties. The ground crew keep grass cut and trimmed and flowers maintained. The staff are very professional and friendly. Any issues with the apartments are handled very fast, things like furnace filter changes, garage door ...maintenance are put on a schedule,even little things like light bulbs, and batteries they will take care of. After owning two homes it was the perfect transition for an empty Nester.Also walking distance to schools and a outdoor mall which is dog friendly and live music all summer, come on and be my neighbor, everyone is so loving.
