Best Apartment I've Ever Lived In
April 16, 2024My wife and I lived in Manseau flats over the last year and hands down it is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. The community is great, the people are friendly, the apartments are huge. Not a bad view of the Marina either! Great location - now becoming even more walkable with expansion of the Fox River Trail on our side of the river. Terrible Apartment Complex
July 10, 2020The apartments are overpriced, the building management is absolutely terrible (they will bill you for everything they can and will never help sublease a unit) and cheap construction causes a variety of issues with the apartments falling apart. There are basically no amenities, the gym is a joke and there are no other communal areas.Property Manager Responded

worst idea I’ve ever had
June 28, 2020You pay for the location and that’s it. If you want to hear your neighbors take every step, use the bathroom or drop a pin this is the place. Horrible management, completely overpriced and built horribly. I have been woken up from the sound of my neighbors walking. Plenty of other places in Green Bay that are newer, less expensive and are far better. Owned by individuals from Milwaukee who don’t have a clueProperty Manager Responded
