I have lived here at Mansfield for 2 1/2 years and I have no complain. The maintenance team is amazing and the peace that I enjoy here has no price. When something needs to be fixed Omar send his guys right away. Besides it is a centric area I have all the amazing stores around me so what else can I ask for? MY A/C has not been working for a while - it has been in and out - (the heater portion). They fixed it right away. They are amazing - especially the super OMAR. He ensures things are done to keep the place up and running. Nice place to live.

I’ve been living in Mansfield village fore about 4 years now and I can’t say enough good things about this place! The apartments are well maintained and well designed. Maintenance is always available 24/7 with great response times. Having a great maintenance honestly makes the place worth it! There’s also plenty of grassy areas for kids to play and even a tennis court. Overall a wonderful and clean place!

Everything from phone calls, touring apartments, applying and signing my lease was seamless and wonderful (even during COVID-time). Since moving in, Omar and his team have been nothing less than professional, courteous, and responsive. I placed a call regarding the hall light that is in the stairway between my apartment and my neighbor upstairs apartment that comes on at night night that went out. It went out causing the stairway to be dark and dangerous. Maintenance made sure the light was replaced within a day.

But what has impressed me most is the amazing team of Omar and his staff. From day 1 he has treated me and my family with love and respect. I have been living at Mansfield village over 14 years. After they had Omar as there super who is one of the best things have changed drastically. He is right on the job with out any delays. He gets work done. Very reliable person and a person of immense character and word. Merry Christmas 2017!! I wanted to wish Omar, head of Maintenance, along with his team a very Merry Christmas! It was a bit icy this morning and our maintenance was out making sure the driveways and walkways were safe. I very much appreciate their work as I had company arriving for the day. I have been here awhile, needing some work to be done in my apartment. One call sent over Omar. He was prompt, courteous and listened. He had his team set for the several repairs that I have requested. ...
The jobs were completed. Omar had come to see the completed work and make sure it was as I had requested. He has been one of the best supervisors we have had here. Much appreciation for his helpfulness!
