Honest review! I have been residing in this apartment complex for just over a month. The layout of the apartments is quite pleasant. However, I am disheartened to report that my unit has been plagued by an infestation of roaches and mice, and most alarmingly, a snake was discovered within my apartment. It is perplexing to me how a complex of this caliber can coexist with such egregious issues. As I sit on my couch, I have just witnessed a mouse scurrying by, which has prompted me to write this ...
review. I must commend the maintenance team for their decent service. Nevertheless, considering the severity of these issues, I would be willing to pay a premium for a residence that does not harbor such problems. The presence of a large black snake in my apartment was the final straw, particularly given that I have young children and do not wish for them to be exposed to such a hazard. Once again, this is an honest review.

A/C and sink still not working #poor maintenance

I’ve been requesting help for the past couple of weeks about my A/C not working and yet still not working. 2 guys came out 3 times and still not working, it sound like they didn’t know what they was doing. The 3rd time they came back they left and said they will be back and never came back. In order to get them in here I had to catch them while they are outside that’s after I put my request in days before. Days became weeks, still not working. It’s about to get hot and I have no A/C and a child ...
with asthma. Even in the reviews online tenants have the same problem. Other things in my apartment needs to be fix as well. Love the area and the neighbors but sadly I have to relocate my kids to another neighborhood. This is non professional and bad for business. Now I see why tenants only last for a year or two here. Well add me to the count, my kids come first. I will be moving next year.

I've been living here for about 3 days, and I love it so far. Maintenance is fast to come fix anything that needs to be done. I love that I have my own storage area and laundry room downstairs. I love that I have a balcony, and you have to be buzzed into the building. For the price of rent this is a decent place to live.

I had requested extra days as instructed by email and received no response for nearly a month, no call, email, nothing. Got a letter of approval but by this point had to make other arrangements and called and emailed as instructed to cancel but they send a letter (I requested a call) to say I still owe. They also charge for carpet cleaning even if you clean but ignore other lease violations.

Mice and snakes

Within 3 days of moving in mice took over my apartment. I would watch them party and scurry all over my floor. They jump over traps, hop over sticky traps, eat the food off my snap traps and run and hide. Where no idea. I found chew marks in the walls, ive killed 3 so far. And management is taking their time. These buildings need to be fumigated. No one should have to live with mice. My neighbors have the same problem and have even reported snake sightings. Absolutely disgusting

10+ years and still here

I've lived in this apartment 10+ years and still here. For the price and services, I have no interest in moving for the foreseeable future. I like the apt, building, complex, residents, and neighborhood.
As with any device, it will wear with use so from time to time, maintenance is required. When so, there are 3 options to request maintenance and I have used all 3 when necessary. I find requesting maintenance from the company website get fast and efficient results.

I have complained several times about the people living above me. It is a 1 bedroom apt and should have only 2 people living there yet there are more. The thumping that comes through the ceiling is horrible and cant even enjoy my apt when I am home. I have complained various times and nothing is ever done. So sorry I let my lease renew. Cant wait to get out. Will definitely not renew again. Management does nothing!!!!!
