January 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe quality of the residents has declined. The way residents place their garbage and recycling out is ridiculous. The move out process needs to be improved. The way residents leave furniture, mattresses, etc leads to a lower standard of living. The control of the pool needs to be better maintained. November 23, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comGreat apartment space and accommodations. The furniture trashed around the dumpster and on each level of the parking lot is problematic. Delays in pick up and clean up. Also covered parking is not worth the monthly payment as they have allowed anyone to have access with lack of security gates only identifying cars that paid.Property Manager Responded

No security, paying for parking when the arm gates continue to get broken, no longer having the Fetch service and now the speed bumps installed. These speed bumps are wreaking havoc on my car. I have talked to several tenants, same complaint about these speed bumps. What is it going to take for the property owners to take our concerns serious? Also, the roof was supposed to be replaced and I have embarrassing stains on my ceilings in the ...kitchen and living room. November 20, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI truly have not lived anywhere that had such poor management and an alarm that has being going off for over two years without a resolution but every day management has time to thing of stupid ideas to make the stay here more inconvenient. Exhibit A the speed bumps at the entry and exit points just why. Management should try driving in let alone pregnant. I truly hate it here!!!

July 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comBeautiful spacious condo with modern appliances. Neighbors are friendly in my building on my floor. That being said, I have had multiple packages taken from the mailroom and those place in front of the Amazon locker by the carrier (not fault of the facilities). The apartment below me can be a bit noisy at time but its manageable. Front office and maintenance team are top tier! Very effective and efficient. The pool area can be overcrowded and appears to be larger number of none residents on ...Sunday evenings. If the gates are down and passes are used by residents perhaps that can control the flow of people coming in without the residents. Thanks for the trash clean up, that was getting crazy and my deck face the parking below. A few adjustments that are fair to all tenants could help especially with the pool. July 27, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIf I can rate Mansion at Bala apartments with zero stars, I would. The hallways are dirty and full of trash. Smalls badly. The apartment management /maintenance offices do not respond to tenants' requests. I was without hot water for a few months before the maintenance changed my water heater. My washing machine broke again; it took a few months to fix the problem. The apartment's monthly cost goes up, and services go progressively down.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’m in a wheelchair and I cannot Open the doors to come through to come outside, unless I have someone with me at all times. When I first moved here in April, I had a occupational therapist that did a survey of the building, and to possibly three times that letter that she wrote about the accessibility issue was sent to the office to the manager. I guess it was ignored because the doors are exactly the same.

February 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comHonestly… The apartment itself is stunning but the leasing office is all but nonexistent. They lock you out unless you have an appointment (which includes being locked out of the entertainment space that should be open to residents), they aren’t responsive, and they are very hands off. So if you have a question about why the trash room hasn’t been emptied in a month and the garbage is flowing out of the room… you need an appointment to ask in person. I wasn’t even shown the mail room during my ...tour and I’d need an appointment to come ask someone to show me. I knocked on the door and rang the bell but no one came to answer so I searched myself. The maintenance people are the only redeeming quality of the staff here. Those guys are lovely and truly carry the team here- because, seriously, the leasing office didn’t even have my mailbox key ready for me WEEKS after my move in date.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

February 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comNot having security and paying for parking is still an issue for me. A lot of issues that go on can be alleviated if we have security that takes their jobs seriously. It is ridiculous that we continue to pay for parking and the arms are up or broken which let's non residents think it is ok to park in the garage and park in places that are obviously not parking spots. As a result, people get blocked in. What if someone has an emergency? That person ends up stuck, waiting for police to ticket ...a car if they respond and then have to wait on towing. It seems like our complaints fall on deaf ears. Everytime I turn around, someone is moving out. Sad to see how this community has gone down and our cost of living continues to go up. Utility bills are another issue. I was gone for eight days in December and my bill was the highest it has ever been and continues to be higher and I do not run my electricity and water for the amount my bills are.
