Poor communication, maintenance takes forever, water/sewer bill is extremely high $200 to $300 range because you pay for the sprinkler system being run nightly. Wouldn’t rent!

Poor communication, unprofessional management, extremely high water charges, street parking is too crowded, cheaply built, overpriced rent, amenities often closed, overcrowded units, etc.
