I’m pretty happy here. No complaints. Things could always be better like anywhere. Better amenities or screened in porches would be great. But I would renew my lease again.

My experience here has been awesome. I have been living in the community for three years and it has been wonderful. The management team is the best. If something needs to be fix the maintenance team get right on top of things. I just love it here.

I've been living at Maple Brook Apt for about 1.5 years and I've had plenty of pleasant experiences. The neighborhood is safe and clean. Me and my sons enjoy the gym and the pool often. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to address any issues.

Overall, the noise isn’t too bad though I can actually hear a neighbor above me snoring every night.I really enjoy it here and have resigned a lease twice, but the patio is a mess of bugs, spider webs and always full of pollen and leaves. Access to a hose would be nice from time to time, or some sort of screening to cover it.

I love my life here. Covered parking would be amazing! But I honestly love the community atmosphere and my cozy apartment. Wish something could be done for units right under trees to help ward off spiders and pollen since there is no hose or a way to keep patio furniture clean. I can’t really enjoy my porch unfortunately.
