This property is so well cared for, the area is really very nice and tucked away in a subdivision which just makes me feel safe. My apt is so nice and I looked all around Sussex. The bedroom sizes are really a plus. Management is so nice and friendly and responds very fast. Happy to be here.

Hanna has consistently wasted our time and resources, providing excuses each week regarding the rental of their units. After her so-called "foot surgery," she requested that I reschedule for another week, but just as we were set to tour again, I received a message stating that the unit had already been rented. This has resulted in two weeks of lost time that could have been spent searching for other apartments.

I have lived at Maple Creek since 2016. This is my home and where I plan on staying. I use to live at Maple Creek many many years ago, I came back in 2016 and I can’t be happier. The property manager goes above and beyond to assist me with any concerns I may have, she even ran a couple errands for me when I was in desperate need of assistance. My neighbors are so kind and friendly and I just couldn’t be more happy in my community. I strongly recommend this property for your home.

We love this place! The layout is great! We love the location and how close but not that close to Waukesha and Brookfield. The heat included in rent is a plus!! The manager is Wonderful!

We moved to Maple Creek last year and we really enjoy our apt. We have a dog and so this complex is by far the best one we looked at for being able to have a pet. Management is very friendly and any concern is taken care of quickly. I would recommend this property for sure.

Wonderfull but concerned

I have a beautiful marsh in my backyard with many lightning bugs for the crew could definitely step up there responses to issues and concerns. I love the area of where it is and that I'm close to the big city without all of the big city traffic.
My concerns on building upkeep and managerial staffing have forced downfall on how I feel about this complex. When you move in, make sure everything is correct and in place; demand all changes and a lease asap.
