Intensely mediocre at best even before it burned down.
August 23, 2021Lived here 4 years. Didn't have a functioning outgoing mailbox for 3 of them. Maintenance was slow to respond, management was even slower but was also very aggressive about mis-parked cars. Building wasn't wheelchair accessible in the slightest, had creaky and rotting balconies, was built on a slide-risk, and was never updated to have sprinklers, which meant that when it caught fire it was so much worse than it could have been. 0/10, Gibraltar management company pro-rated our returned rent after ...the fire and refused to give any of the displaced residents discounts or any other real assistance in relocating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
