Do Not Move Here!
April 20, 2022I’ve been living with maple estates for two years now. The first apartment I had was nice, no dishwasher though. But the 2nd apartment I moved into is not good. The whole building is infested with roaches, everything is breaking. The door knobs don’t work right and fall off, the blinds are not properly attached and fall off, the closet door knobs fell off. It appears that there may have been some misunderstanding, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points. Here at Maple Estates, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our residents. We understand the importance of regular pest control and have a comprehensive program in place to address this. Each apartment home is exterminated quarterly, and we also provide additional treatments based on residents' requests. Moreover, if management is made aware of any issue, we strive to address it within 48 hours. In addition to our pest control measures, our management conducts thorough move-in inspections with each resident to ensure that the unit is in an acceptable condition. These inspections are documented and signed by both the resident and the manager, reaffirming our commitment to providing a clean and habitable ...home for all our residents. It is with great pride that we strive to offer exceptional customer service and foster a strong sense of community at Maple Estates. We are truly dedicated to creating a positive living experience for all our residents.
