The perfect spot
November 19, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy boyfriend and I have lived in this apartment complex for the last 3 years and it has been perfect for us! You really won’t find a better spot in Sussex area for the price and quality. The location is very ideal, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby along with a short drive to the freeway. We’re moving into a house but would’ve been glad to stay here for much longer.

I looked at several apts and am so glad I chose Maple Grove. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. My apartment is very spacious for the 2 bedrooms that I looked at in the area. So happy here.

I was looking for a two bedroom apt for May and she had nothing available but she was so kind and helpful, still showed me a brochure and explained everything about Maple Creek. I was just impressed with the customer service I got and I wanted to make sure to put a review in, I will definitely be keeping this apt complex in mind for next year.Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home
January 10, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have felt very comfortable at Maple Grove for the last 4 years and don’t plan on going anywhere. Last year they updated my kitchen countertops, bathroom and I got a new stove. Management is always friendly and helpful when I call. I’m happy to call this home.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI lived at Maple Grove for over 3 years now and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you want to live in a quiet and quaint community then Maple Grove is your place. Love how well kept the grounds is, how safe and clean the buildings are. Management team is super friendly and on top of things. If you have any issues just submit an online request and in less than 24 hours they’re going to make sure it’s been taken care of. My one bedroom ranch is situated on the first floor with ...amazing views of the evergreens. Love the size of the apartment and the underground parking which is a must in the winter. Snow removal is done promptly in the winter and the management team makes sure of that. They also hire residents to do the walkways shoveling and they’ll get money off of their rent. This year they’ve replaced all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the parking pavement. These two projects are expensive but well worth it. Maple Grove is very close to the Bug Line trail if you love hiking, biking or taking your pet for a long walk. I love being here and love not having to drive for a long distance if I need to get somewhere. If you are looking for great location, clean apartments and buildings, amazing grounds and super friendly management team, than Maple Grove it’s your place!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
