Beware! Nadeer Group staff are angry people. They dont pre-screen before taking your money to apply! This place will surely take your application fee, without pre-screening any of the info that you supplied in the application. Then turn around and find any reason to deny it. Their apartments aren't that great, tiny & no balcony. I doubt if anyone making over 3k month would even consider living there. Maybe this negative review will open their eyes. Good luck.

Please do not stay at this apartment complex, you will be totally disappointed. Maintenance came in my apartment to do work and while there left the apartment open. After this incident I felt extremely unsafe. When I reported it to management, they blew me off like it was no big deal. The apartments are not that well maintained as well.

I would not advise people to move into apartment building or any apartment run by Sjb management company. They do not take care of their apartments. We had countless problems that took more then 3 calls to have taken care of. Our AC unit broke which wouldn't be a big deal, except we are on the top floor. We had fans running constantly in every single room and it was still a 100 degrees at 8 am. We called the first time and the main office person Melissa didn't even put a work order in. When they ...
finally got around to coming to check it out (on the third call) they couldn't fix it but put on their work order they said it was completed. It took 6 calls and a complete replacement. I love our apartment and I love the area but honestly the management is the worst!
