Can't get anything fixed
April 12, 2024I lived there for around 3 years. At first, it was a nice place to live. The longer I lived there, the worse it got. I went 4 months without a dishwasher and freezer. I notified the property manager on October 31 and it was February 28 when they were fixed. Every time I checked on it, I was told "I just called about that yesterday".Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live!
February 11, 2019Maple Grove is quiet and quaint and their apartments are SO nice, and you won't find anything better for the price. They have a great location and the property manager and owner are very friendly and easy to work with. They allow approved pets and the tenants are great as well. I would definitely recommend Maple Grove to anyone looking for a nice place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartments
August 2, 2017I'm new to the state, and when I was looking for a place to live on the internet this one stood out. The apartments and outside were very clean like the pictures. I was very impressed with the staff. I signed the lease that day. The neighbors that I've met have been friendly, and have offered any assistance that I may need. Overall I know that I made the right decision in moving into Maple Grove, and I would recommend it to anyone new in town or moving locally.
