June 21, 2018I lived at Maple Lane for close to two years. It is a very quiet safe place to live. I would highly recommend this apartment as your next home. The office staff and property manager are awesome and handle any sevice calls exceptionally fast. I truly enjoyed the time I lived here and will miss it.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2015To whom this concerns: I was given a flyer about rent free for a year or for life. I know the odds are high of winning. But I thought I’d give it a shot anyway. We went an apartment here in Elkhart, Ind. “The Crossroads of America”. We’re seniors my husband is 87 & I’m 80 now. We’re on a fixed income. We live on S.S. each month. Now you wanted to know what this place needs. It needs more gardens. Just one garden can not pick up around 100 and some apartment houses. Some of the buildings ...need painting also. Maple Lane Apartments
August 14, 2015I'm a seventy year old lady that was born and raised in Elkhart, In. I never lived in an apartment before, I was divorced after thirty six years of marriage. I have two middle aged children and have always had to make decisions based on family. Now at this time of my life I need only think of myself. I chose Maple Lane Apartments because of the lovely appearance of the property. All questions I had were answered completely. Since I have lived here the management has been a very pleasant ...surprise. The pool is beautiful, there is good exercise equipment and the clubroom is very nice and I have used it for social gatherings. I think the most impressive part in living here is, if there is a problem in my apartment it is taken care immediately. There are rules but none are hard to follow. Maple Lane is a great place to live.
August 4, 2015This is the second apartment we have lived in and it's wonderful here. The buildings are beautiful, the neighbors are very friendly, and the Office staff are so helpful. We have a two bedroom apartment right now that we hope to stay in for a long time. We want to start a family soon and now that we live here we have more then enough room to do so. We even have a little yard that feels very private. Many of the people here have dogs and I see them walking them around all the time, and they all ...seem very friendly.The Office staff made it very clear that we are welcome to paint and hang things on the walls as much as we wont, as long as when we leave they can put it back the way it was. So we have been able to make this place feel like a real home. Its also very quiet here most of the time I forget I live in an apartment and not my own house. We have not encountered any problems since moving here. And any time I need something they send someone over that day to fix what ever is going on. The amount of storage space is amazing. We have three closets, a food pantry, a large laundry room, a linen closet,as well as a storage space upstairs were we keep our holiday decorations in.We feel very safe here since you have to either have a key or use the buzzer to get let into our building. July 28, 2015My husband and I have lived here for just over a year. My husband is a volunteer fire fighter and I'm an EMT they gave us a discount for that. Quiet and tranquil neighborhood and spacious models
July 28, 2015The apartments are quite spacious and have a lot of storage space. I love having my garage attached to my unit. It's also very nice that the neighborhood feels like a mini-forest because there's so much green and trees in the grounds. They clean the green areas every two weeks and the management has responded to my every request on the same day in which I requested it. I definitely would recommend it.Review from Apartments.com

Comfort and Peace of Mind
July 28, 2015This complex is an unexpected gem tucked away in Elkhart. The location is quiet with trees and landscape, while being close to CR 17, Bristol St. and the 80/90 Toll Road. There is a nice mix of all ages in the community. I feel secure knowing many of my older neighbors are home during the day. The buildings are well constructed compared to some newer complexes I've lived at. Each unit has a different exterior style so it does not feel "cookie cutter". With four units per building, there is ...minimal shared space with neighbors. There is an extra measure of security knowing that my building entry is always locked. I enjoy taking walks and riding bikes with my 4 year old without ever having to leave the complex. Several elementary schools, parks and the Osolo public library branch are also nearby. Living on the fringe of an ancient wood....
July 26, 2015Maple Lane Apartments has back apartments that is on the fringe of an ancient and beautiful woods. My huband and I are so lucky to have an up stiars apartment with a spacious deck in which to observe and study birds and wildlife. We sold our big home and decided to let someone do the mainentance and it was the best decision we have ever made. Our home does not "feel" like and apartment and we even a truly beautiful pool area to go to swim and get some sun. Safety and Comfort in Pleasant Setting
July 26, 2015I moved in to Maple Lanes in 2011. My kids wanted me to have a secure home after their father passed away. We toured other apartment complexes in the area and none were as secure as Maple Lane. I love the fact that to be granted access to our buildings you have to be buzzed in and a tenant has to grant you access. I have the luxury to where I can go into my garage, shut my door and enter my apartment, totally safe and secure. The landscaping is amazing and well keep. I do not have to do any ...maintenance, like mowing or shoveling snow it is all done for us by an amazing crew of men. Our complex is surrounded by many different kinds of trees and we are fortunate to be able to see many birds and other wildlife. This makes it a calming atmosphere to live in. Also, we have 24 hour seven day a week on call maintenance staff to help us with any and all details. Many times when an emergency arises they are there within minutes. I had to move in my handicap son and instead of making me move to another apartment they were quick to make my apartment handicap accessible according to the required guidelines. The office staff is very gracious, friendly and helpful. They have the answers to all questions. When I was looking for a place they showed me to several different styles of apartments to choose from and I pick the first one I looked at. My apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a living and family room with a fireplace, which is on first level. I have personally recommended people to come here and they have and thank me every day for telling them about Maple Lane. As for other features not mentioned we have a pool, and clubhouse and exercise area. This is awesome. Where else can you live and have access to a clubhouse to rent out for any type of event. The clubhouse is furnished all the way down to dishes and cooking devices. The pool has many lounge chairs and tables with canopies to keep the sun off of you if you wish. The exercise room is just enough to satisfy all your simple exercise needs. Maple Lane is a pet friendly complex. There are a few restrictions on breeds and size of dogs and cats but I found that all apartments in my town that are pet friendly have some sort of restrictions. I walk my dog daily according to weather and he even got out once and went to office, they brought him home. July 24, 2015My apartment is like home away from a home. It has everything you would have with a home except the hard work of upkeep and expense of repair. The office staff is helpful, courteous and informative The maintenance men are polite, prompt and courteous. I am able to make my own flower garden in the back to make it more my own. Conveniently located to shopping, the best restaurants and the best ice cream "Flavor Freeze" ever. There is no place like Maple Lane. Try it you will like it!!Review from Apartments.com
