May 7, 2023They are very dishonest & manipulative with the paperwork and what they say prior to you paying fees. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them at all. I found out a few days before moving in that all of these hidden fees would be included in rent, even though the lease states otherwise. Awful experience!Property Manager Responded

Great apartment, great location!
October 5, 2016I have been with Maple leaf and equity management for about a year and a half now. I'm a life long renter, have lived in northwest area my whole life, even grew up living in apartments. I haven't been happier in an apartment complex, probably since I was a kid. I feel good coming home at night because I love my apartment, my neighbors, the maintenance department, and the office workers. Like I said I have rented a lot of apartments in my day and have stayed at some longer then I wanted, because ...moving sucks! October 5, 2015I love my apartment! It has all the amenities needed for comfortable living. I have over 1000 sq ft, two bedroons, two full baths with one being in my bedroom. I have a washer & dryer hook-up & the convience of being able to rent a washer/dryer from the management, patio, central air, wall to wall carpet, tiled kitchen & dining room, decent closet space & a well lit entrances, hallway & parking lot.
