The apartment itself is in good shape. What sets this place apart is the staff. Brittany in the office is wonderful. As helpful as she can be. Richard the Maintenance man is fantastic. Competent! This man has legitimate knowledge. I know. I'm disabled construction worker. The lawn care is exceptional. The Absolute best part. The don't put up with disruptive tenants. You peace is safe. Lots of great families. Just love. BEEN HERE 5 YEARS!
Safety is not a priority

My apartment is nice, bigger than I had previously, but the property needs more safety measures. In the area I live in there are eight floodlights above the entrances but not one of them is operational. When walking to my car in the morning before the sun comes up the parking lot is treacherous; can't see the sidewalks or other people coming and going. VERY unsafe.
The office is not open on the weekends and closes at 5 pm on the weekdays. If the Leasing Consultant has an appointment off property ...
before closing, the office closes before 5pm. VERY inconvenient.
Can't give this property above two stars because of the lack of lighting.
