Why have walls? A ceiling? A door? They don't block ANY noise.
September 11, 2021Property management all the way to the top is incompetent. You hear EVERYTHING, especially between upstairs and downstairs. Everything is just so gross. Moist, dark, closed in ceilings. The property is unkempt. You seriassly have to pay for someone to collect your trash with explicit rules to follow. Traumatic living experience due to inconsiderate neighbors and ineffective, deceitful, unprofessional office staff. Really Satisfied
August 27, 2020I've been living at Maple Springs for more than 2yrs and really enjoyed it. Good value for money option. Well kept appartment, great maintenance team, green and quiet environment, easy access to stores etc. And all of the new management team--especially Sidney with whom I had most interaction--were always accessible, very friendly and helpful, and made me feel 'at home'. In one line: I wouldn't leave, but I have to relocate.
