wish I could give zero stars
April 12, 2023This has been the WORST renting experience of my life. Management is an absolute joke from the beginning. When me and my roommates moved in management had to run inside our apartment on move in day and do the inspection because they forgot. I tried to get in contact with them multiple times and after every failed attempt either from calling or emailing, I gave up. Me and my fiancé were getting married and planning on moving to salt lake and, one of management told my roommates and me we could ...find someone to take over our lease if WE marketed it and found someone to take it over. They told us that we should have them apply for an apartment through the website and leave a note in the application saying they were applying for our unit. I’m almost curtain every person we referred to sell our lease ended up getting another apartment(6 people or more) and, they went back on their word and told us we could no longer sell the lease. We were not able to move. I would not recommend living here at all. ANY other apartment complex in Logan Utah is better than this joke.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad at responding and dishonest.
November 21, 2022The apartments are decent, Management cares about you when you move in but not when you move out. They were not very responsive to our emails or texts and they did not uphold their end of the lease agreement when we moved out. Our lease states that we will get a full refund of our deposit if we fulfill our end of the agreement and that they will send an itemized list of deductions with reasons for any charges taken from our deposit when they send us our return. The move in/move out inspections ...sheet states that a minimum of $35 per hour will be charged for any necessary cleaning. We never got an itemized list but instead they just automatically took about half of our deposit for a "cleaning charge". When we reached out, it took about a week for us to get a hold of them due to their unresponsiveness and they told us our apartment was really clean when we moved out so they only charged us $180. They told us there is no itemized list, just a standard charge between $180-$300. This standard charge is not in our lease agreement and although our lease states that we will get an itemized list with reasons for deductions, they will not send one. November 2, 2022Maple Valley is a great complex to live at. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes and I can honestly say this is one of the best! The apartments are large and have a lot of closet space. We love having granite countertops and brand new carpet as well. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. November 2, 2022I’ve lived at maple the past three years and have really enjoyed the community and amenities. The office staff has been able to help me whenever I’ve had questions on anything. It’s Okay
October 3, 2022The apartments are in a nice area for elementary school kids and dogs! There is a nice dog park right outside my building. However, use caution. I moved in to Maple Valley on 9/1. On 8/25, they had done apartment inspections and said the carpet needed to be replaced. They tried to charge ME for the replacement, even though my lease had not started until after the inspection. After struggling to get them to charge the girl who lived here before myself, the maintenance department said that even ...though the replacement was now paid for, the carpet would not be replaced until after my roommates and I have all moved out. Be careful
February 9, 2021The layout is nice, and the woman that works in the office is reasonably nice as well. However, our carpets were stained and there was a huge leak under the bathroom sink when we moved in. Also, our first night in this apartment with nothing but a blowup bed, a backpack full of clothes, and our phones, we got a noise complaint. The complaints haven’t let up our entire time here even though we are as quiet as we can be. My husband and I are even afraid to walk briskly in our apartment because we ...might get another complaint and a notice to pay $25 or move out within 3 days!! Management has done nothing about the harassment through noise complaints we have gotten from our neighbors, even after speaking with them multiple times the nice lady at the office agreeing with us and asked our neighbors to at least speak with us if they feel we are the ones being too loud. There has been no police involved and no proof the noise comes from us, yet we are being punished. Our downstairs neighbors even watch us from their window as we bring in groceries or take our dog outside, yet they refuse to speak to us. Management has done nothing about this. The neighbors are rude, they also never pick up dog poop. The grounds smell due to all of the dog poop. The walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbor using the toilet from my apartment. You can hear loud music, people taking outside all of the time, and lots more. And my downstairs neighbor regularly bangs something against the ceiling even when we are sleeping.
