About Mapleton Square Apartment Homes
Mapleton Square is a newly renovated garden style community that features one and two bedroom apartment homes. Private entrances with assigned parking spots are available. We are conveniently located near the shopping centers, gyms, and parks with public transportation at every corner. The construction of the apartments is masonry block bearing walls and wood trusses with brick facing, aluminum sided gable ends, pitched gable end roofs and feature individual patios. The apartments have individual gas heat/electric cooling forced air systems, wall to wall carpeting, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, garbage disposals, vertical and mini blinds. Apartments are equipped with smoke detectors in each bedroom and one carbon monoxide detector. Hot water is supplied by individual electric 30-gallon water heaters in one bedroom apartments and 40-gallon for two bedroom apartments.

For the most part it’s been fine. Had some issues early on but they were fixed.it took a few work orders but after they were places they would have it fixed that same week, sometimes the next day.

Carpet is smelly and left plaster in bathroom sink leaving clumps. Leakage in kitchen faucet when it is open. Splashes water everywhere. Not very careful when renting apartments

My kids and I are loving it so far. The quiet neighborhood access to the playground after school and so many close grocery stores and it’s so convenient as a mom to have CVS so close !

We have been living here for almost 4 months, it’s an ok apartment complex, but the dryers in the laundry rooms don’t work well and the actual cost of using the washer/dryer set up is not told to you at move in. The machine also only takes cash. It’s just really inconvenient, the laundromat around the corner is cleaner and cheaper, so you’re better off going there. The one in my row is also a hang out spot for teenagers, so you have awkward run ins with groups of kids as well. We were told “on ...
site laundry” and assumed that it would be cheaper or cost free or at least easier to load your card considering what you pay for rent.

Maintenance sucks because this company is very cheap when it comes to fixing things. It was okay for the first 2 years I was here but I wouldn't recommend this place. Especially for the price.

They fix things right away, you can pay ahead on rent. I like the private entry you can have your personal parking spot and they have laundry facilities on the property.

Been here going on three months. So far one of the best complexes I've lived in. Friendly staff, quiet community, and we're very comfortable with our apartment. Maintenance is pretty punctual as well, so thats a huge plus.
