  • Management is great, pest control is not so great

    I've been here for a year now and the management, office staff, maintenance guys, everyone is so nice and so helpful. They are on top of everything. If I call today with a maintenance issue, they are there the same day to fix it. The outside looks rough, but the inside of my unit at least is newly renovated which I love. I really wanted to love these apartments, but I have had a roach problem since day one. Not an infestation, but one or two roaches walking across my living room floor at night ...
    every month since we moved in. Not to mention the roaches all over the sidewalks at night. I notified the front office everytime I've seen one and they were very quick to get pest control out to spray, but having roaches for a year straight is just not okay. I wish they could have controlled the situation in the beginning, but I know they did try. I just wish they were aggressive as these roaches are. I'm moving out due to the ongoing pest issues, but if they fix that up, this is a very nice place to live.
