Dude don’t live here. The management people are nice but stuff doesn’t work. If things break, they don’t get fixed. Also, they gave our garage door opener to a random person. Bad times.

It's a good price for the space in the apartment and location. However, needing my fridge and stove to be replaced even before I'm in the apartment and it still not being done when I move in isn't great. Also, just random little things such as scuffs on the walls and a barely attached bar on my bathroom door all accumulate to make the experience sub par.
