Management went downhill after 2022.

Management lacks communication
February 9, 2024Main floor near entrance are always dirty from tenants leaving trash. Management takes weeks sometimes months to get back to an inquiry or complain. Tenants smoking on balcony and having ashes fall on your own balcony so you can’t even enjoy the space. Tenants smoking marijuana in their unit which smells up the hallways and your own unit sometimes. Instances when tenant’s dogs would poo or pee in the hallway walls and it smells up the hallways.Property Manager Responded

Don’t waste your money here
November 22, 2017Marijuana all over not enough light outside the apts are so old and they want to charge you if they see any damage that you didn’t do it . hard to find a parking space because people have 4 cars or more they told us is only one car per person but some people have junk cars dangerous place people get drunk in the parking lot .Review from Apartments.com
Get what you pay for
August 30, 2015AS my first apartment home, you definitely get what you pay. The staff is great, overwhelmingly friendly. Clean apartment but a much older style apartment with older model fridge, wooden white cabinets and older dishwasher. There's also no washer/dryer in the unit, but there's a laundry facility in the complex and the machines are old and I had to do multiple cycles for 1 load at my own cost because it didn't wash/dry right. I got yelled at by a neighbor for using two machines when there was also ...5 more machines that were available. At night, I feel as if there's not enough lighting inside and outside the building which makes me afraid of going outside if I have to. They state that there's security that comes around, ive never seen them personally. My husband's car was badly hit while parked, no notes or witness were found. I called the apt office in an effort to find out who damage the car, they stated that there's no camera's around unfortunately.
