It’s quite neighborhood
September 23, 2021My apartment has mold and it’s have messed up 70% of my shoes clothes and it’s getting on my bed and the maintenance ppl gone tell me it’s because my air wasn’t on fast forward my air is on still mold and they’re termites going in my closet wall someone came out like 3 months ago cut a whole and never came back and nobody is ever really in the house like I’m ready to move I have a lot of health problems to be living in this condition and the staff is rarely on the officeReview from Apartments.com

September 11, 2018We have been residents at Maplewood Park Apartments since 2012 and have never really had any serious issues other than parking but I have to say since this management company OneStreet has taken over it has been NOT GOOD to say the least. Where with previous management company it was easy to contact them regarding any issues but with this company they r never there and hardly pick up the phone I always get the voicemail. My toilet has been out of use since Februrary 2018 and it's still inoperable ...two different maintenance personnel have tied to fix it but to no avail. I've also been having serious issues with my downstairs neighbor and his loud music and all I'm being told is to call the police....NOT ACCEPTABLERead MoreReview from Apartments.com
