Solid, Dependable, Quiet Place to Live

I have lived here for a few months. I looked around for an apartment complex which looked quiet, and full of decent people. El Toro is both. I've got no complaints about noise, which I am very conscious of. There is ample parking, though your unit may be a distance from the lot. The price is rather high considering there is no washer/dryer in unit, and no dishwasher. My rationalization is that I'm paying for the centralized location, larger floor plan, and quiet community.
