*****The property****
The pictures make this place look way better than it really is. There's.. ALWAYS trash and furniture in the parking lot and or stacked by the dumpster. It's cleared only when it becomes so much, the sanitation department can't access the dumpster itself. Love cats? Well this is the place for you, there's plenty of them that live on the property. This is their home and they're not going anywhere. (It's probably the only reason there aren't rodents around) which is.. I guess ...
a positive. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS A JOKE. It's ironic that a place designated to clean your clothes is so nasty. Trash can is always overflowing, Washers and dryers don't work, and they smell weird .. and there's spiders, cobwebs and roaches that will help you do laundry...
*****The unit ****
Yes, inside the unit itself, everything is "upgraded" but it's done very cheaply. The grey "hardwood" flooring is just $1 away from the peel an stick tiles you can get from the dollar store. It will literally tear and peel with the slightest effort. (Good luck moving furniture around).
****The pest*****
Be prepared to welcome pests into your home, German roaches, palmetto roaches, gnats..bugs of all variety, even flying roaches..I've had to fumigate my own apt, and I spray once a week to keep them at bay. I pray that I can stay ahead of them before they really invade my unit.
****The maintenance*****
Do not expect anything to be addressed, ever..at all.. there is no maintenance team. But I was told they're working on that..
*****Safety******
I've been here 3 months and in that time, I've witnessed with my own eyes.. a drive by shooting in broad daylight, ppl fighting in the parking lot at night. A handful of police calls out here..And the ATF, and ENTIRE SWAT team raid a unit. I've found used needles laying in the grass and, shell casings in the parking lot..
This is not even half the issues..

It's excellent because everyone is nice, they give 110% in making sure the tenants are comfortable and taken care of when there's any problems. Cleanliness as well I love it here
