Great home Love my apartment but the amenities are something to be worked on. Dog bags are slow to be replenished so there is dog poop everywhere at times. And all grills around the complex do not work and I’d love to grill.

The apartment complex will throw a couple hundred dollars of amenities on your rent. Use it or not it's not a choice. They'll do anything they can to get into your pockets too. They're partnered with a couple towing companies. So make sure you're tags are good or your vehicle might not be there. It's like they make every effort to get into your pocket without providing any service at all. Goodluck having a helpfull conversation with the people that work the desk. Maravilla Is the worst place to rent.

If you want to give your money away for a thousand rules and no internet this is the place for you. They have no clue how to solve any problems and partner with towing companies so beware of that. There is no reason it should be this much money. After all the stuff they add without any of your input is WAY too much. Good luck not getting bought out again.

Unprofessional/will take your money

They took my money when they weren’t suppose to on an unfinished application. I asked prior to applying, once I let them know that it still took the application fee out even though the application was not fully processed nor submitted, they assured me a refund. It’s been 3 weeks now I’ve called almost every other day and they continued to tell me they will “let me know by the end of the day” with an update because they somehow don’t know where the money went? I have provided all proof that the ...
money was taken out of my account and they have confirmed that it shouldn’t have happened yet I receive NO updates and still waiting for the refund. I have disputed it with my bank in hopes that when my bank does reach out to them, they provide them with the same confirmation that I should be refunded. Will never even try to lease here based on other reviews as well as my small experience with them, very unprofessional.

Great for Kids, but a sometimes loud

Friendly staff, clean beautiful area with pool, gym and playgrounds for kids. Very reasonable rates for the area. Nice apartments with all the needed appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. I'm very happy to have moved here. Only drawback is how noise. Sometimes loud jets from Luke Air-force base pass over head. I'm also able to hear a neighbor through one wall. Nothing unbearable though.

The entire team starting with Viani, including Shelby and Suzanne are GREAT!!! I moved my family from CA to AZ and they made us feel like family. My family loved them and the property. The grounds are kept immaculate and well manicured. Pool is always sparkling, and business center is very nice. Thank you sooooo much Miss Viani for your assistance, courteousness, and professionalism... It was greatly appreciated. This is a great place to live.

The staff is wonderful! Susanne, Viani, and Shelby are always friendly and helpful and truly take pride in making you feel at home. They make solving any issue their priority and add a personal touch. The grounds are always clean and well-kept and the green spaces are beautiful! The community is collectively pet friendly and family-oriented. Only downside is CenturyLink as the internet provider.

We are so happy here great price, beautiful upgrades, quite community + pet friendly! Close to the 101 & Westgate. My son specially loves seeing the jets take off !

Originally not a fan of apartment complexes but when we found Maravilla we knew it could be home. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Shawna and Suzanne always have an answer for me and we love the events that they host. Rigo and Raul are always there within 24 hours if not sooner to complete any work order / maintenance requests. I was nervous but Shawna and Carla at the leasing office were compassionate, as well as quick and understanding of my situation and went over and beyond to ensure my apartment was ready for me in a few days. They even took extra measures to make sure I was comfortable after hearing about my previous apartment problems. The front office ladies shawna and carla are such a fresh of breath air.. they truly care about their residents and try to throw monthly thankyous at the front office.. such as breaskfast grab and go. The maintenance crew are top tier the best In AZ. Work orders summitted the night before gets done the next morning.. friendly guys and they look out for the kids playing around the complex aswell. and live where I am. We have clear blue skies. My husband and I retired military Dec 1988. He was in aviation so being across from Luke Air Force Base is another home to me. Military families are always military families for life. My doctor is right across the street and he is a pleasure and such a skillful physician. I am blessed to have him. You will have to come and visit the complex. I know you will love it here too. I was a Realtor in Texas and owned an Apartment Complex with Laundromat and several single family dwellings. After my husband retired I decided it was time to come back home and be near family. We sold all that we owned in Texas and I love it right where I am today.
