It’s pretty simple, pay on time and be respectful to our residents and it’s easy living. If something breaks management has to repaired quickly. I’ve lived here for 6 years and have had no problems.

the apartment is very clean and nice. No rat, roaches and no loud neighbors. They pay for water and trash. There is a washer/dryer in each unit. However, the washer/dryer is very tiny. Therefore, with a family of four I must wash at least four loads everyday to stay on top of the dirty clothes. The space is nice, but there is no separate dining space and with two children under ten it make meal time almost impossible. However, I have created to ways to cover the carpet. Plus, I purchased a good ...
dry carpet cleaner - a must. All in all, I like the complex and it is more then working for my family at this time. I give it a thumbs up. This is saying a lot if you knew me.
