I moved in a year ago because the cost of the one bedroom units are slightly cheaper than some of the other apartments around the neighborhood. Like usual, everyone is nice, but once you get in, the management is non existent. They are never in the office. If you have a problem, expect to wait at least a week to have your issue resolved.

...someone to take a look. After a couple days went by with no scheduling, I followed up by leaving a message. No follow up from the staff at the front office. Then I went down the office and no one was there. I just didn't get it. Finally after a week, I received a call to have the drain unclogged. They found hair in the drain and proceeded to blame me for the problem. I asked if all of the hair looked like mine and was the drain cleared before I moved in and of course, no response. I was just taken back by the attitude. And then I get a call from one of the girls that If this happens again that I would be held responsible and again I asked the same question without response. I realized this was one of the most unprofessional office staff that I have encountered. I think it would be best to look elsewhere.
