July 17, 2021I wish I could say living there is great but I’d be lying. It looks nice from the outside but the hallways are filthy and they always smell like weed. I’ve watched people let their dog poop and just walk away without picking it up. Let’s not even get started on how paper thin the walls are and how inconsiderate some of the neighbors are with the music and management doesn’t care enough to address issues. I’ve lived in apartments before and this one was the nicer looking one but the worst one when ...it comes to actually living there.Property Manager Responded

Best luxury apartments around!!!!
July 3, 2021I absolutely love my new apartment!!! My 3 bedroom is spacious with AMAZING amenities. The tanning bed is my all time favorite. The staff here are nothing but FANTASTIC. Jennifer, Melissa & Cayla, The women in the office go above and beyond. The scenery is BEAUTIFUL!! It's very peaceful here. The neighbors are super nice. So glad I made the choice of staying here. Amazing customer service
November 19, 2020My company went to Marden ridge apartments and we rented out 8 units. They were beautiful apartments with an amazing community. Jennifer and Mellissa made this whole process extremely easy also, no headaches no hassle. There customer service is top notch. Don’t waste your money.
February 20, 2020This place is terrible. The stairways are disgusting, there are roaches and silverfish everywhere and the package service is useless majority of the packages get put in the back office where anyone can take them. The maintenance people come “fix” whatever is broken and ends up just making it worst. The pool area is not as luxurious as they make it seem in pictures because the pool area is always dirty. Don’t be fooled they only keep up the building that they show you for the tour. I spend way too ...much money to be living in a dump like marden ridge. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy so save your money.Property Manager Responded

Not a Luxury
December 26, 2019I have been making complaints to the Management of this apartment complex for months beginning I moved in and nothing has been done to resolve my complaints. The common areas to include the stairways and walkways in my building is very nasty. The trash butler picks up the garbage and unfortunately any liquid spills that he may have made stays there. So you have months of built up muck especially in front of the elevators. The stairways are not swept or clean with any disinfectants. So the ...stairways in our building is extremely dirty, which includes many cigarette buds. So the smoke free community is a joke. Every month it is like something is never working well in our unit. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.Property Manager Responded
