Nice but beware
March 20, 2025Marea is a nice apartment community for the mostpart, still fairly new and well maintained. But some things are changing. Dogs at the pool, vaping at the pool (supposed to be smokefree ), residents not cleaning up after their dogs (alot), newer younger residents literally screaming in the hallways at night, alot of door slamming (management has made attempts to address this but as usual many people don't care). Pricey so if you want to live in a place where neighbors respect each other and care ...about following the rules, you might check around. Hoping management can resolve these issues - it is a nice place with a good location.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2024Marea is a beautiful and peaceful community. It's pet friendly and has great amenities for the residents like Pickle Ball court, BBQ grills, large pool, brand new gym, and more.
