Dogs at the pool, vaping at the pool (supposed to be smokefree ), residents not cleaning up after their dogs (alot), newer younger residents literally screaming in the hallways at night, alot of door slamming (management has made attempts to address this but as usual many people don't care). Pricey so if you want to live in a place where neighbors respect each other and care ...about following the rules, you might check around.
