July 9, 2023Moved from Oklahoma for work and looked at multiply apartments. Margarita Summit had the best prices overall. I was able to rent a 2 bedroom/ 2-bathroom apartment with W/D included, and added a garage for less than I would have paid for any other apartment in the Temecula area. The management company is very professional and courteous. Any time I had an issue or concern, they addressed it immediately and the maintenance team would make any repairs or replacements within 1-2 days. One example was ...the replacement of my W/D unit. it was an older unit and had a loose drum, the maintenance team came out and looked at it and recommended replacement instead of trying to "mickey mouse" it like other places would have. The complex is very family/ Pet friendly. My unit was on the second floor and by a main walkway and the noise level very low, even when there are lots of kids in the pool during the day. I have recommended the Margarita Summit Apartments to coworkers and friends looking for somewhere to live in Temecula. GREAT OVERALL.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 6, 2023The entire staff is very kind and have addressed our needs quickly. The courts, gym and pool are always open which make living here fun and relaxing. Counting hot air balloons above us has become our favorite thing to do in the mornings. Early morning and evening walks have the best views! Great Place To Call Home
July 5, 2023Quiet and family friendly community. McKenna and Marissa went above and beyond to make our move in as smooth as possible. Maintenance requests are promptly attended to; request through the community app or a quick phone call to the office. The apartment is lovely, clean, and very spacious. The common areas are beautifully landscaped with well established flowering plants; makes for a very pleasant walk, throughout the grounds .
