October 31, 2025It is a 55 plus active adult community. 95 percent of the activities are for retirees. All activities are being conducted during working hours, nothing for residents that are 55 plus and working to enjoy, paying $45 a month for nothing,Property Manager Responded
November 3, 2025Hello Shiroon, thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand that some of our residents are still working and may find it challenging to participate in daytime activities. That’s why we make a conscious effort to offer a variety of after-hours and weekend events to ensure everyone has opportunities to engage and enjoy the community. In addition to our regular daytime programming, we host monthly birthday celebrations from 6–7 PM, resident karaoke nights from 6–8 PM, and game nights that take place after hours. We also offer weekend line dancing every Saturday, which has been a great way for working residents to stay active and connected. Most recently, our Halloween event was held from 6–8 PM and was a wonderful evening enjoyed by many. We’re always open to suggestions and appreciate your feedback as we continue to enhance our offerings for all residents.
