May 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comNot the same place we initially came to. Less amenities. Useless decorations and props instead of updating classes and experiences. Heated pool promised yearly but will never materialize. Never replaced or tried to revive the dead plants (they just need to be cut down but our landscaping company is not very smart) after the freeze so entrance is not so welcoming. ZERO communication from the office which is often closed due to ‘meetings’ or staff that never seems to work a full week. ...Wonder why so many folks are relocating? Premier “luxury” community? The maintenance staff are great as well. I'm a new resident and I feel like I have found a diamond amongst a community of apartments throughout this Kissimmee area.
