August 7, 2025Maintenance crew excellent although standard replacement parts lights, filters, etc are never in stock. Landscaping abysmal particularly in the walking paths and back lots. Leasing agent always pleasant. Lifestyle coordinator coming up on the 6th one in two years. And for an ‘active adult’ community there are never activities timed for those still working. Lots of Minimal communication from Manager as to updates promised verbally - mulch has been coming for 3 years. Compactor door still ...broken after eleven months.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2025Mariblu Hunters Creek is the best place to call “Home” It is my dream come through!!! Conveniently located, close to shops, doctors, hospitals, restaurants, the attractions etc. Safe and quiet when necessary, but fun and entertaining as well. Lots of activities for variety of interests, including swimming at its pool, enjoying the outdoors as well, attending variety of classes, interesting and informative meetings, Sharing meals and snacks, etc., I feel very fortunate to live here. July 11, 2025Since Rita has taken over as manager things have improved considerably. There are still some maintenance items that need extra care like the raised up sidewalk however she tries to get things done in a reasonable amount of time. She's trying very hard to improve the types of activities. Sometimes I feel bad for her since our lifestyle coordinator does not always do her job at a professional level. But Rita always picks up the slack. Overall Mariblu is a fine place to live. The residents care ...about each other and are there for each other in time of need.Property Manager Responded
