I lived at Marina Haven for two years and I can easily call it a home in terms of neatness,comfort,amenities,closeness to nature and security. Above all the professionalism of the Manager Shirley, is top notch. She discharged her duty creditablely well with prompt response to maintenance calls. The neighbors were exceptional, good people to live with.

We lived there for more than 6 years. Marina Haven Apartment is just beyond amazing! We love the location. The place is nice, quiet, and clean. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. The manager Shirley is such a delight to talk to, she cares for the tenants, highly professional addresses all the issues right away, and provide the best service. It is a beautiful community to live in. We highly recommend Marina Haven Apartments.

This is a solid apartment complex, everything had been well maintained and updated when we moved in (new floors, fresh paint etc). The manager, Shirley, is warm and quick to respond to any repair needs. We’ve been so impressed with her, she really made us feel at home here. The only reason I’ve taken off a star is that we would have loved in-unit laundry or dish washer, and ours is one of the few without a patio.

High turnover rate

Great location and freindly management staff. But...the apartments have old uninsulated windows that rattle whenever an airplane passes over head and the kitchens are in sore need of an upgrade, they feature old cabinets, formica counter tops and do not have dishwashers. The owners do not upgrade anything yet they increase the rent every year by $100 or more which causes a high turnover rate. The apartmetns are just not worth the money.

Thank you for the 4 stars. Marina Haven now has new double insulated windows. When a apartment is vacated we turn the apartments over. We try to please our residents.Our apartments were built when space was not a issue. they are very large. We are a small community on the marina. We believe Marina Haven is a wonderful place to live.

This Apartment community iSunrise & Sunsets, Golf. Fish, Boats, Biking,Jogging, 2 Swimming Pools, 2 Bar-B-Q area etc.

Marina Haven is a great place to live. The Manager Shirley is great Manager !. The building is quiet, clean well kept by a very skilled Maintenance Tech name James. My apartment is huge and I have 2 full bathrooms, It is a non smoking building, I wake up to the birds singing, I love it.

quiet and respectful neighbors, friendly staff. one assigned parking spot, with maybe 5 or 6 available for first come basis. if you have more than one car, good luck - street parking is a nightmare! play lotto if you ever find a spot in front of the complex on your way home from work. parking a block away isn't too bad though. neighborhood is nice and feels safe. apartment could use a few upgrades, but overall, well maintained. complex had a few recent upgrades (entrance - new walkway and entry ...
