LOVE - Don't let negative comments deter you from coming to look for yourself!
December 10, 2020We have lived here for almost 7 years now, and love it! Don't understand the negative comments, but then again you will always have those. Take into account that perhaps sometimes it may even possibly be disgruntled x-tenants that may have had to be asked to leave, due to concerns about them. I recommend you come tour Marina Key for yourself and walk around and talk to current tenants. That's what we did before committing to move in, and have been glad we did! Family/friends absolutely love ...visiting, as its resort style living. The pool area and grounds are always immaculately clean, and well maintained on a regular basis! Property management and maintenance team are both extremely responsive and caring about listening to your concerns/needs. The management team (before Covid) always had holiday parties/gatherings by the pool, music, Dj's, brought in free food, and/or pot locks. Occasionally bring in food trucks also to accommodate working tenants taking a night off from cooking dinner. We sincerely love it here and if you are in the market looking, I recommend to come check it out for yourself.Property Manager Responded

The place is like a dump
August 31, 2017We've looked at the property and were vey disappointed. We saw a lot of boats and boat trailers parked everywhere. The property is not as good as it advertised. Don't believe what you see on-line. See it first and check out the people and their vehicles. Over-rated!Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT LIVE HERE
May 20, 2017This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The leasing office does not care about its residents. It clearly states in the lease that aggressive dogs are not allowed in the community. Numerous dogs have been attacked, including mine and my friend's dog. Management does nothing. Numerous complaints have been placed about rude neighbors and the aggressive dogs, but the management does nothing. 99% of the time, they don't even answer the phone or emails, and when we leave a message, ...they never respond. They also keep increasing the rent but do nothing to better the community. Half of the lights on the walkways are not functional, the other half have screws or wires hanging out that can cause serious injury. The hot tub at the pool is constantly broken. The gym is outdated. But instead of fixing the things that need to be fixed, they replace the sconces on the wall by the apartments that did not need to be replaced. Management is rude and only cares about taking your money and not helping their tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB about them. Fantastic Place to live
August 16, 2015All my friends and family who visit me at Marina Key tell me it's like living at a resort, and I agree. The grounds are well cared for and the location is right on the Intracoastal. The pool area overlooks the water and has a sandy beach with hammocks and lounge chairs. The apartment I rent is huge with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. There's also an oversized patio that's like another living room. All in all, I can't think of a better place to call home.Review from Apartments.com
