Great for views/downtown life

By far marina lofts is one of the best places to live in Toledo for aesthetic appeal, being close to downtown, the benefits of parking if you are an active person who enjoys concerts and things happening downtown. BUT, while I did enjoy staying here and loved the size of my apartment, they lose me on value. There are no stop signs throughout the entire complex’s parking lot and many people including non residents on their way to the park or just joyriding, come through there. For the price ...
point the community should be gated especially because of the area it is next to. There were every day so many non-residents who circled the property suspiciously. I’ve had teenagers at night peeping into my windows pressed up against the glass. Many people have had things stolen including cars. I don’t believe it is safe. I lived here 2 years, and as I said most certainly it is beautiful but it lacks real value. I hope they will change some things because I wouldn’t mind coming back in the future if it were changed.

Beautiful spacious apartments conveniently located near restaurants and downtown and great amenities. Leasing agents are very professional and attentive. I gave it 4 stars because even though the units are spacious there’s not enough storage. You would need to improvise. Other than that it’s a great place to call home!

Modern apartments and amenities, my neighbors are quiet. I'm going on my 3rd year here, this year being the reason I moved here. The scooters, the food trucks, and amenities provided haven't been fully accessible til now due to covid and it makes living here much better. Maintenance also comes within a day whenever I've put in a request. Easy living.

I was instantly met with a smile and a very kind environment. The leasing agent i worked with was very discreet and helpful while also being completely honest about the community and what to expect as far as being a resident. The units are well constructed and spacious and also very beautiful compared to other apartments I’ve previously viewed. The best apartments in Toledo

I’ve been in Toledo for 8 years, I’ve lived in 5 different apartment complexes and Marina Lofts is the best and it’s not even close. Aside from them being very new and the quality being extremely high, my biggest complement has to be to the management. This place is run so well, every staff member is insanely nice and easy to work with and talk to, and never had an issue with maintenance calls. Plus, the amenities and location make it worth every penny.

I lived at Marina Lofts for two years. Upon move-out, Marina Lofts is attempting to erroneously charge me $600 for carpet replacement. I provided photos which demonstrate the unit was left in perfect condition. I was told they would investigate the charge and get back to me "no later than February 8th". The date has since passed and now they won't respond. It is also worth noting this place has major safety concerns. During my two years living here, someone was allegedly held up at gunpoint by ...
the dumpsters. In addition, multiple vehicle were broken into and even catalytic converters were stolen. Due to the lack of fencing, it was not uncommon to have people from the street roaming the property. For these reasons, I would not recommend living at Marina Lofts.
