Best Value in Collingswood 2022
December 17, 2022You'll hear your neighbors, give up on in unit laundry, and have to deal with random hot/cold water in an older bathroom. However, your only utility is electric, which in the summer means you'll be paying for your AC. You don't pay for heat, water, cooking gas, or trash/sewer. Parking is free. Buildings are partially secure with different keys for each door, and each building, and entrances are shared with 6 units, two per landing. Tenants bring in any packages or mail they see, and will often ...leave them at your door if passing. This is not a luxury property. It is a well established community, with mix of all ages and periods of tenancy. It is right off the Cooper River trail. It is also ten minutes to the heart of Collingswood, a few more to the Collingswood PATCO station. Ten minutes and you're at the Cherry Hill station.
