This complex has the worst management and maintenance. I have lived here for 9 months and not one maintenance request has been fulfilled. They've had 5 new managers since I worked here and probably 7 new maintenance people. Save yourself the time and trouble and read the reviews. This place is a mess and will probably go under real soon.

You pay a high amount of rent for pot holes, outdated appliances, no maintenance, a company who could care less about tenants, and bad customer service. The parking lot is so bad you would think with all this rent they collect they could afford to repave this disaster of a parking lot. Heck the ones across for us a cheaper and we're able to repave theirs lol. Appliance are so old and break frequently and then they just keep fixing them when they really need replaced. If anything breaks don't expect it to be fixed for weeks or sometimes even longer. Especially if it's an appliance or electrical item. Air conditioners are old and go out often and appliances are really outdated. They may have biggest townhomes in the area but for the money you can get better upgrades somewhere else.

I have read numerous reviews on the place on many different sites. I was afraid to take a chance on it. It was my first option and I had to see for myself. The individual in the office that assisted me was beyond awesome. I've only been living here a week and I love it. It does not feel like an apartment complex at all. My cabinets were all intact and I haven't seen any issues. It is very quiet. I met the maintenance staff and was informed on how to report issues and also told that sometimes ...
other issues might be a priority. Definitely understandable. So as of 9/10/16, I do not see any issues with this place. Check out the place yourself. I'm sure that this place would be empty if it was that horrible. I also asked why they had such horrible reviews after viewing my place. So ask questions and decide for yourself. I love it here. Do. Not. Live. Here. The only thing pleasant about Marina Pointe is the outside of the buildings. Literally, that's the ONLY nice thing. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We moved in, noticed many problems with all our appliances within a few days, told the office and they said it would be fixed no problem. Three weeks later and nothing has been fixed, repaired, or replaced. We have talked to management several times and yet still nothing has happened. Even the AC is broken, and it's ...
the MIDDLE OF SUMMER!!! They are severally under staffed for how many matainenece problems they have here. They take the cheap way out and "fix" things when in reality it hasn't really been fixed and will just break a couple days later. For how expensive rent is here, everything should work 100%. When I was living in California, rent was only $300 more but everything was great and I even lived 1 block away from the beach. This place is very poorly managed and Lisa does almost nothing to try and make this an enjoyable place to live. We are now using our Tenant's lawful rights to "Repair & Deduct", which means we have to call a repair service for all our appliances, have everything fixed or replaced, and whatever the cost is comes out of our monthly rent. I'm considering passing out flyers to everyone that lives here so they are aware of these rights because every time I go into the office there are always people there complaining. I hope Marina Pointe likes to lose money because they are about to. Once again, save yourself the constant headaches and hot sleepless nights, DO NOT LIVE AT MARINA POINTE!!!
