New to the marina apartment, living here for the last couple of years. The apartment is very fantastic and ensures luxury living with all of its facilities. Close to shopping, public transportation, restaurants, or gym.
The apartment service is very satisfactory and highly recommended. The apartment office staff are very friendly and helpful to arrange any social gathering on any special occasion. Neighbors celebrate a lot with a friendly environment.

I found the parking garage isn’t big enough for my car. But after addressing the issue at the apartment office they were able to manage a big parking garage for me. It was a great relief for me though it is within walking distance.

I enjoy living in Marina.
The home is beautiful inside and out. It has great amenities: All-electric Kitchen, Laundry Facility, Guest Parking, Children's Play Area, BBQ grills, a with many public parks and the beach close by, there will be endless possibilities for your outdoor pleasure and relaxation, and everything is kept really clean.But what makes Marina Square such a great community is the staff doing everything in their power to make residents happy.

application/move-in process really easy. All the concierges are always helpful and attentive. For the few issues we have had with our unit, they have been settled very quickly and painlessly.
Also, there are always great activities for residents, happy hours and parties.
I highly recommend checking out Marina Square. Lots of the new high rises have all the same "fancy" amenities, and you get those at Marina Square, but the one thing that parts it from the rest is the people who work here. Everyone is friendly, helpful and genuine, and I couldn't be happier I chose to call Marina Square Apartment Homes!

While I have visited the USA for business purpose I have rented an apartment in Marina, CA for one year stay! I haven't had too many issues with my event. The property is located in an excellent area. It is really close to the roadways, amenities, shopping center and stores. My commute time is about 6 minutes. The property is well sustained. It is always clean and properly taken care of. I really like how separated out everything is! It gives me privacy but yet I feel part of the ...

First off, This apartment, as well as the facilities at the community are the nicest ones I've ever seen or lived in.. Second, the neighborhood is quiet and clean with minimal noise, especially after quiet hours. Third, the staff is absolutely amazing and they care about your experience. Jill especially went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my apartment and floor before I signed. She was very kind and patient with me and made my experience great!
